Billing & Payment Information
If you become a client, we collect additional information necessary to invoice and bill you for services, including your billing name, address, and email. This is handled through Zoho Invoice.
Payments are processed through Stripe, connected to our Zoho Invoice account. When you enter payment card details, that information is sent directly to Stripe — we do not receive, see, or store your full card number, CVV, or other raw payment card data on our own systems. Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor and maintains its own privacy and security practices, which you can review at stripe.com/privacy. We retain billing records (invoices, payment history) for as long as necessary to meet our own tax and accounting obligations.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to:

- Communicate with you if you become a client
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
How We Store Your Information
Contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms. Once a client relationship begins, your information is also stored in our invoicing platform (Zoho Invoice) and, for payment processing specifically, with Stripe as described above. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's Privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
